What do you need?

For most members, “Recommend for me” is easiest. Returning customers can simply choose “Same as last time”.

We don’t automatically put juniors into polyester. The recommendation should suit the player’s age group, playing volume, breakage rate and preferred feel.

You don’t need to choose the category yourself. Bola will confirm whether your setup is €30 or €35 before stringing.

Who is responsible?
Bola, operating Bola Stringing App, is responsible for the personal information used to manage the booking.

Why it is used
To receive and administer your stringing request, contact you about the job, complete the requested service, and—only if selected—retain limited racket setup history for easier repeat bookings.

What is collected
Customer/contact details, player name and age group, racket information, stringing preferences, handover details and relevant service notes. Please do not enter medical, injury or other sensitive personal information.

Storage and service providers
The booking is submitted through the website hosting/form service and may be delivered to the service’s booking email inbox. Those providers process data in order to provide the booking and email services.

Retention
Booking information will be kept only as long as reasonably needed for service administration and applicable legal/accounting requirements. Optional saved racket setup history will be retained for up to 24 months after the last service unless deletion is requested sooner.

Marketing
Booking details are not permission for unrelated promotional messages. Any future marketing should use a separate opt-in.

Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information held by the service, subject to applicable legal requirements.

Junior bookings: where appropriate, the booking/contact should be made by a parent, guardian or other responsible adult.
